Use this form to request a return, an exchange or the cancellation of an order from Anthorecommerce. Fill in the details below and we will reply within 2 business days with your return authorization and instructions. Submitting this form is free, and it is one of the ways you may cancel an order before it ships.
Before You Start
A quick summary of our policy: you have 90 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging; orders can be cancelled at no cost before the order ships; return postage is on us; if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover everything — just add photos. Please wait for our authorization before sending anything to 1301 Evergreen Ct, Highland Mills, NY 10930, United States. Your Request
After You Submit
- We review your request and reply by email within 2 business days with an authorization number and, for returns, the address to ship to.
- Pack the item securely with the authorization number inside and send it with a tracked service; keep the receipt.
- When the parcel arrives we inspect it and email you the outcome. Refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item; cancellations are refunded within 7 business days.
