Terms of Use and Sale

Welcome to Anthorecommerce. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Anthor E Commerce, the operator of anthorecommerce.com, and apply to all visits and purchases. Our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms. Your use of the Site or completion of an order constitutes acceptance.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase. The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them; if we learn that we have, we delete it. By ordering you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the payment method you use is yours or you are authorized to use it.

Anthorecommerce is the trading name of Anthor E Commerce, a sole proprietorship located at 1301 Evergreen Ct, Highland Mills, NY 10930, United States, EIN 42-3148218. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

You may cancel an order free of charge before the order ships and return most items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging; certain products are non-returnable for hygiene or legal reasons. Returns are free — we cover return shipping. Returns are sent to 1301 Evergreen Ct, Highland Mills, NY 10930, United States. Approved refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item to the original payment method, and refunds for cancelled orders within 7 business days. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost. The complete Return and Refund Policy is part of these Terms and is presented to you before checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United States. Orders are processed within 1 business day; at checkout you choose Standard Shipping (USD 10.95, 8–15 business days, free on orders of USD 139 or more) or Express Shipping (USD 28.99, 8–13 business days). Every order includes tracking. If we cannot ship within the promised time we notify you before that date with a revised date and the right to cancel for a full refund; if the delay exceeds 30 days or is indefinite, the order is cancelled and refunded unless you expressly agree to wait. How Orders Work

When you complete checkout you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We confirm receipt by email and accept the offer by dispatching the goods; until then either party may cancel. We reserve the right to refuse an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly, our fraud checks are not satisfied, or the delivery address is outside our shipping regions — and in that case we refund you in full within 7 business days. Quantity limits may apply to some products.

Pricing

All prices are shown in USD. The price of an item is the price displayed at the time you place your order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and shown at checkout. The total shown at checkout — items, shipping and taxes — is the total you pay; we do not add fees afterwards. When we advertise a discount, the reference price is a price we actually charged before the promotion. We correct pricing errors when we find them; if an error affects your order we contact you before shipping with the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

How You Pay

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Your card is charged when the order is placed. The charge appears on your statement as ANTHORECOMMERCE.COM. If a charge is declined, or our payment provider's fraud screening flags the order, we may ask you for additional verification or cancel the order. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before contacting your bank — most issues are resolved within a business day.

Product Information

Descriptions, specifications and photographs are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them; small differences in color or finish can result from photography, lighting and display settings. Anthorecommerce sells generic, unbranded products; references to third-party brands, if any, describe compatibility and imply no endorsement. Listing an item does not guarantee stock. Where an item sells out after you order, you may wait, choose an alternative or receive a full refund.

Our Content

The Site and everything on it, including the Anthorecommerce name and logo, images, copy and design, belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Site to shop; no other rights are granted. Copying our content for commercial use, scraping the Site or reusing our images requires our written consent. Notices of alleged infringement should be sent to help@anthorecommerce.com.

Acceptable Use and Reviews

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its security or operation, or to misuse promotional codes. Customer reviews published on the Site are from verified purchasers; we do not publish fake reviews. By submitting a review or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it, and you confirm it is honest and your own. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

Liability

Our responsibility to you for any order is capped at the price you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits or lost data — to the extent the law lets us exclude them. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that consumer protection law does not allow us to limit. Where your state or country does not permit some of these exclusions, they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

Warranty

We provide the limited warranty set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Except for that warranty, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other express warranties, and implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of the limited warranty. Some states do not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you; this warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have others that vary by state. Consistent with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, nothing in these Terms disclaims implied warranties while a written warranty is in effect.

Law and Disputes

These Terms and any purchase are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by the New York General Business Law § 349-350; refund policy disclosure under GBL § 218-a where it applies. Please contact us first at help@anthorecommerce.com: almost every issue is resolved by our support team within a few days. Arbitration agreement. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you and we agree that it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Class action waiver: claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with the consumer protection office of your state attorney general or with the Federal Trade Commission.

General Provisions

These Terms can change; check the date at the bottom of this page, and remember that each order is governed by the Terms published when it was placed. Should a court hold any clause invalid, the other clauses remain binding. Not enforcing a right today does not mean we give it up. Together with our Return and Refund, Shipping and Privacy Policies, these Terms are the complete agreement between us, replacing any earlier terms. Rights under these Terms are personal to you and not transferable; we may transfer ours if the business is sold.
