2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and all purchases made through it. By browsing or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products

Anthor E Commerce sells studio lighting equipment, ring lights, and related electronics and accessories for content creators and professional use. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith. Actual product appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to display settings or minor manufacturing tolerances.

If you receive an item that does not match its description or specifications, please contact us at help@anthorecommerce.com within 48 hours of receipt. Anthor E Commerce reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Anthor E Commerce reserves the right to correct any pricing errors before fulfilling an order.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Anthor E Commerce does not store your full card details — payment data is handled by our payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement of receipt, not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and a shipping confirmation is sent. Anthor E Commerce reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch — for example, due to stock unavailability or payment issues — and will issue a full refund if this occurs.

6. Shipping

Anthor E Commerce ships exclusively within the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days and delivered within an estimated 7 to 15 business days from dispatch. Shipping is free on all orders. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Anthor E Commerce offers a 90-calendar-day return window from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Electronic items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

8. Safe Use of Products

Electronic products must be used in accordance with the included instructions and applicable safety standards. Do not expose products to water, excessive heat, or power sources outside the specified voltage range. Anthor E Commerce is not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow safety instructions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on anthorecommerce.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product photography — is the property of Brian M Carroll trading as Anthor E Commerce or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anthor E Commerce's total liability to any customer shall not exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the order giving rise to the claim. Anthor E Commerce shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory US federal or New York state consumer protection law.

11. Consumer Rights — New York Residents

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable US federal law, including the New York General Business Law (GBL) §§ 349–350 and applicable FTC regulations. New York residents who believe their consumer rights have been violated may contact the New York State Attorney General's Office at ag.ny.gov or by calling 1-800-771-7755.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at help@anthorecommerce.com so we can resolve the matter directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may pursue any remedies available to you under applicable New York and federal consumer protection law.

13. Modifications

Anthor E Commerce reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
